1-Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula usually take between 3-4 business days. During periods of high demand, this process may take longer than usual.

International shipments vary depending on the destination. They typically take between 10-14 business days.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla usually take between 7-10 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

All our shipments are sent via Correos. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our store is located in Spain. Shipping costs for orders within the peninsula are €3.90. If your order exceeds €100, shipping costs are free.

If your order is addressed to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, shipping costs are €8.50.

The cost of shipments outside of Spain varies depending on the destination.

Yes, we ship to most countries.

2-CHANGES AND RETURNS

What if I receive the wrong product?

Although it rarely happens, errors can occur, and you might receive the wrong product. In that case, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Size exchange. If you are not comfortable with your size, you can request a size or product exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns: You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return. If you opt for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, stains, odors or any other condition that prevents their resale as new.

All returns and exchanges have a cost, except for the first exchange in Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Normally, we take no more than 10 days to process and issue your refund; however, this process may take longer depending on the bank.

If your order has not yet been prepared, we can modify or cancel it without any problem.

However, if we cannot modify or cancel your order, you will have to request a return or an exchange (more information in section #3).
