Return policy

Returns are 100% free in two situations:

  • Your order arrives in poor condition
  • The order is over €85

For shipments under €85 and where there is no damage, the cost of return shipping to our warehouses is the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPMENT

Shipping is free on orders over €85 (mainland Spain). Orders under €85 cost €3.90 (mainland Spain).

Shipping time:

  • 2 to 5 business days in mainland Spain
  • 5 to 10 business days in the Canary Islands
  • 5 to 15 business days for international shipments
RESPONSIBILITY

We do not use plastics in our shipments and we respect the environment.

We use Spanish companies to produce our products.
